HARDWOOD INSTALLATION

Wood Detail

Preparation, preparation, preparation is the key to quality hardwood installation. Flat and level sub floors are a necessity. This is accomplished by sanding or filling or both. When installed correctly, today's engineered flooring products do not expand or contract due to changing moisture conditions. They are extremely durable and easy to clean. The shade of wood flooring is not uniform, but naturally varies depending on the particular species. Once installed, notice how hardwood flooring projects a warm feeling especially when accessorized with colorful area rugs. Wood flooring is always desirable and increases the value of a home.

TILE/STONE INSTALLATION

Tile Detail

Stone or tile is installed onto thin set which can help eliminate some of the unevenness of a sub floor. Pattern layout and the precision of the cuts will determine the quality of the installation. Stone is a natural product and it is recommended to seal the stone and grout after installation to protect its finish from cleaning agents. Stone does not have uniform color like tile and can vary in quality much like diamonds depending on where it was mined from. Our tile setters are the best. They make precise cuts and take pride in their work.
